How to apply No rubbing dressing ?
1. Take delicately your dressing from the protective backing without touching the adhesive part.
2. Apply the dressing on the sensitive skin area (top and bottom of foot, heel) which should be clean and dry.
3. Smooth carefully dressing edges in order to optimize lasting adhesiveness.
Advises :
Painless removal after taking off your shoes. Don’t apply no rubbing dressing on a formed blister or a wound.
