Use in Aromatherapy:
During a long day : Add 5 drops rosemary essential oil in the diffuser for essential oils.
Muscle aches : Add 35 drops of rosemary essential oil to 100ml of almond oil and massage the whole body.
If you wake up tired : add 1 drop of essential oil to the sponge in the morning shower .
Swollen legs : add 5 drops of rosemary in 10ml of almond oil and massage the feet .
Hair loss and dandruff : Add 30 drops of rosemary essential oil to 100ml of laurel oil and massage the scalp or comb sprinkle with 2 drops of essential oil.
Cleanliness and freshness at home: add 5 drops of rosemary essential oil in 2lt water for mopping the floor .

Cooking:
Salads : add 15 drops of rosemary essential oil to 500ml virgin olive oil and sprinkle the salad .
