The dietary supplement JOINTACE Original (Chondroitin), Vitabiotics contains per two tablets 1000 mg glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate 400 mg. Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate are structural components of cartilage in the joints. The sulfated Glucosamine contributes to mobility and flexibility of the cartilage, ligaments and tendons, while at the same time reduces pain by reducing inflammation in these points. Chondroitin sulphate participates in the maintenance of lubricating fluids properties of joints and prevents the action of enzymes that break down cartilage, contributing to mobility, flexibility and suppleness of joints. It is also potent anti-inflammatory and therefore reduces pain in joints. It has been shown that Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate act synergistically to achieve reconstruction and repair of cartilage. The Original JOINTACE (Chondroitin) also contained ginger, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties thus contributing to reduce the pain, maintaining mobility and protection against stiffness of joints. Vitamins and minerals contribute to good health of joints through their involvement in pathways of inflammation, through their antioxidant action or through their contribution to bone health and calcium metabolism.

Dosage & instructions
Two tablets daily with the main meal with a glass of water or cold beverage.
Attention: sulfated Glucosamine is a aminosakcharo and for this reason I should not be taken by diabetics, unless this is done under medical guidance. The sulfated Glucosamine should not be taken by people with an allergy to seafood (glykosaminis and Chondroitin source: shellfish).
