INDICATIONS
The vitamin B contained in this supplement of Solgar, is coenzyme form, thus helping their optimal absorption by the body.
Specifically, vitamin B1, is essential for energy production, as well as the transfer of signals to the nerves. Vitamins B2, B3 and B6, assist in the synthesis of hormones. Vitamin B12 and folic acid, respectively, contribute to the maintenance of nerve cells and help to relieve the body from homocysteine, responsible for cardiovascular disease. All these vitamins include the vitamin B complex and through supplementation of Solgar, recruited and utilized by the body.

USAGE
The Solgar Megasorb B-Complex is in stock in the form of tablets. Each pack contains 50 tablets. The proposed dosage is 1 tablet from Megasorb B-Complex of Solgar daily during meals.

CAUTION!
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 over 25mg, may cause mild tingling sensation or numbness.
